What Is a Union?

i'm glad that i had the union kind of backing me up, even when i had to pull em a little bit in the directof the right direction. It's much better to have that kind of collective power behind you when you're a dealing with those problems. So om anyway, i just, i'm doing better with that. And it's shaped me over the last year, and it's shaped union organizing. There's like a blurry line between rank and file unions and business unions,. cause even rank andfile unions are kind of constrained by the same pressures businesses operate under.
