In the winter, you have to wrap up warm. And that just means you need to put on warm clothes. Another expression i used when i was talking about the winter here is that it's warm and cosy. We also say things like, it's miserable. Miserable just means really unhappy. I's like, you look a bit miserable to day. What's the matter? Right? But also we use miserable to describe, er, a situation or the weather. Er synonyms of miserable would be depressing. It's really depressing outside to day,. You know, er, it's so grey and overcast, it's really depressing.
