Many years ago, Nathan and Joy and I, similarly attended a national actor, singers, and dancers competition where they each had to prepare for and compete in a number of different events. A poised woman, perfectly styled blonde curls, was the evaluator for a performance in music and acting of one of my children. She was a Broadway producer who wrote an evaluation after one of their performances. The experienced woman said, My child, you are indeed quite naturally talented in acting and in communicating. However, what you need most is to be surrounded by people who are more talented and more experienced than you are,. Who will challenge you to move further ahead in your skills.
