The Importance of Social Ties
I was in a marriage for about 30 years. If you added all together, I am blissfully divorced and happily alone. There's actually there's an interesting study that Harvard did about like what makes people happy. And you have to have strong social ties. It doesn't have to be a partner, but it has to have like friends, a family. You should have a hobby or some craft ability, some skill that you do regularly that kind of goes deep. Have you ever seen Frank Sinatra's paintings? No. They're oh my god, you got to they're really fucking cool.
