CHAPTER

Common Grace: A Theological Introduction

Kuiper is trying to understand what it means to have a commonness with the post-Christian world. What does it mean to believe in scripture in a university context and the modern world as it relates to source material for a specific science? How do you how does a biologist who is also a Christian relate to scripture as normal source for both these kinds of questions? A lot of it I think is derivative of modernity as we defined it from the French Revolution all the way into the early 19th century. Marinus if I can ask a question too to you, I mean you mentioned at the beginning of this podcast that a theological introduction would have been surprising to Dutch here as well.
