Free College and Loan Forgiveness
The idea that like we should figure out what college degrees are quote unquote worth it and try to, if not, hold colleges accountable for that at least communicate that information. The second was the free college movement. And the third was loan forgiveness. For most of this time, those first two solutions seemed more likely than the others just because there's not a lot of history of just writing off loan debt by the federal government.
