The Importance of Brushing Teeth
There is some evidence that we may have poor clinical oral health. The lack of brushing teeth can lead to more brooksism, or teeth grinding. There was one study in children with ADHD who had nearly 12 times the odds of having something called DMFT - disease missing or filled teeth. So there probably is a link between dental hygiene and ADHD. And I brush one each day and just alternate. I think I'm back even if I fall out.
