Sleep Habits and a Sleep Routine

If we're not allowing ourselves to sleep, we're not actually cleaning our brain out. We develop these plaques, which some people may have heard of like an Alzheimer's disease is that you end up with these plaques and if they build up over time. And when you're not present there as a mom, you can't help your kids. Same thing as being on an airplane. Why do they tell you to put the mask on the adult first before the child? Because if you pass out, you can help your kid. It's the same thing. So when you start with sleep, it's always niceto set up good sleep habits and a sleep routine.
