Every visioning workshop should have focus interviews, bench marks and case studies. Financial analysis is very accurate when we finish it in forty eight hours. You don't have to do exactly the analysis i've done, but it must be some analysis that is allowing you to limitt scope of analysis. Just because you don't do it doesn't mean it's right.
