Lik: If you have a manager that doesn't want you to be too great, because then you're going to outshine themi, i would run. That is the worst kind of manager. For me, if my team does an amazing job, that means that i, as a manager, have done a great job. I define my own success as a people manager by how amazing my team is doing. Lik: There's plenty of stuff that the underling knows better, can do better, has greater strength. But i think sometimes, in whether they're consciously seeing it, i think hee potentially are the cases.
