When did you discover can you remember a moment or a period of thinking as im quite good at this? It was when i was on the sites in the mid eighties, that i decided to put my name down become branch secretary or i am elected into positions. This all cer work. You do aser in your own time, and then youd start taking the leadership. Then you've got to start making decisions on behalf of people. And then it just carries on.
