In the early years of e-commerce e-commerce is steadily new in India it's about 10 years old. In their early years they banked upon the traditional third party logistic companies to move the parcels. The service levels were not that great and the consumer experience was taking a huge hit so that's the reason they invest most of their investment in building this culture and infrastructure.
