The Russian Economy Will Be Devastated by Sanctions, Right?

Yellen said Russians economy will be devastated by sanctions and further sanctions are under consideration. After March 10th, the last year, Russia dramatically out traded the US dollar. The money didn't make it that far. It was spent in Maryland for weapons than the weapons got there and we used corrupt. I think the lies are getting so much more bold than I've ever seen them. We're watching a situation where public officials feel absolutely no embarrassment about lying flat out.
