Stealing ip is not a business model rate andi really. It doesn't allow you necessarily to to advance. You need time, ned, time to develop the kind of process knowledge that's so important for these technologies. I don't know that we're doing anything to dissuade them anyway. And i think that' sort of sorely needed. S actually like real data to understand the down sides of some of these policies. Nobody, as far as i can tell, has run those numbers and made that cost benefit analysis. The question is, sort of, what's the benefit, the cost benefit here, in terms of gains to us, national security, for example.
