In the start up world, in the silikan valley world, that's very monarchical. A lot of c os will work seven hour days and play a lot of golf. You know, that's not really the elon musk, you know. The problem there is that democracy as a system is essentially designed for a very homogeneous and very virtuous population. If you don't have a homogeneous population, then democracy turns into basically race war, class war, culture war, whatever.
