In a group of about 20 million people who had been vaccinated with the astrozenica vaccine, that there were 25 cases of people who had some sort of severe blood clot. The european medicines agency has a surveillance system that they used to report adverse events after immunization. But what they weren't able to do was rule out a link between vaxcine and clots.
