McKinsey says they don't do lobbying. They're not allowed to do lobbying. That's an internal rule. One instance where they did report for foreign agent registration, Farah, now with some work with Saudi Arabia. What we found in the book is that a lot of people, the FDA, were shocked. McKinsey was working on these, well, it was like stop smoking initiatives with the FDA and at the same time they were advising Altria slash Philip Morris.
