What Does It Feel Like to Know That You Might Die Before Me?
A close encounter with death can bring a real awakening in our whole approach to life. We don't need to go into a cave and meditate for the rest of our lives. We just need to start living in the present moment. The past is past, and the future is not yet here. Even the present, as we experience it, becomes the past. So really, the only thing we have is now.
