The pretense under which my bank was closed was that it was insolvent. They couldn't legally say we're closing the bank because of bad publicity, but they let the cat out of the bag in that season to sist. The government got me anyway. If this is allowed, if the government gets away with this, then they can take down anybody they want. You see, it's very easy to accuse somebody of something when you have no evidence.
