Nav canada is the private company that basically runs all civil air navigation in Canada. They own and operate things like airport towers. No other country has fully privatized their air navigation services. In my research for vise canada, i've basically been able to find about 20 years worth of u f o reports from commercial pilots. And you know, it all signs point to the canadian government ad military not really having a strong interest in following up on cases like this.
