How to Interview a CEO Candidate
The first screen is this five to 10 minutes of chit chat, calm them down because a lot of people are nervous. Then we want to spend 15 to 30 minutes going through work history again. The next step is team interview and then the problem solving question. And that's an, I'll be honest with you, it's important at the end. We've seen some pretty nervous candidates. Some of the better candidates are not so great interviewers, right? Great interviewees.
