The Effect of the French Police on Violence

In 2005, riots in the suburbs of Paris were sparked as a result of police chasing two kids. I believe they were Algerian French kids and they wound up like hiding from the police inside of a building that was part of like one of the trains and got electrocuted. In 2005 Islam was France's second most popular religion after Catholicism. There were seven million French citizens of Arab or African origin. They had no representation in the National Assembly.
