Are You Clear on Direction?
You should not make the mistake to believe that a set of mediocre performers actually adds something to the organi. If you, if you then recognize that there is an you possibly havea not so high performer, or a low performer, make these tough decisions to get people out again fast. It's a classical error. Being clear on direction and working this through yourselves and with the team. You cannot imagine how powerful this is. Again, if you wake up your team in the middle of the night and they'll tell you exactly the same master e, absolutely then you've taken all that knowledge, wrote the book, and now youre textiles.
