The Unsettling and Disturbing Landscape of Pride Parade
I grew up in Greenwich Village and I remember, um, being very young with my mom trying to cross 6th Avenue because there was the pride parade. We weren't seeing 17, 18 year old women displaying their double mastectomy scars 20 years ago. And we also were not seeing this proliferation of gender identity ideology in the public school system. Um, so now when all of these things are coupled together, it's painting a very, uh, unsettling and disturbing picture.
