How to Keep Your Intensity Levels in Check

In Watts for me right now at 57, it's been 200 generally, somewhere around 200 watts. But I'm trying even to go a little lower than that these days,. maybe 180 for an average, 185 for a two and a half hour ride. And then there will be other endurance rides. It'll be 225 average for two and ahalf hours. That's pretty close to my first lactate turn point. So yeah, so my steady state endurance rides, I typically try to keep a fairly constant power. Then I let heart rate slide a little bit. Some people do it a different way. Other people will keep constant heart rate and let power go down.
