The SEC is actively suing to get approval from the SEC on their ETF application. I tend to lean towards the camp of, you know, we saw this second round and I'd like to think that BlackRock knew something. If you just took that sentence out of context, it would make no sense that theseETFs would be getting approved. There's a lot of rumors sort of on many different sides about how this is going to play out.
