The Data Science of the Pharmaceutical Industry
The data is fragmented, very siloed and hard to integrate. I think that's the first thing that we've cracked and that has been part of our secret sauce. Many of our pharmaceutical customers can get access to pieces of this information. They are huge businesses. Yet it's the data science that takes that from its fragmented pieces, puts together, makes sentiment, validates it, and then is able to bring that forward into a dashboard that is days old. So you're finding patients where they were tested positive in the last few days. That's a very, very sophisticated approach. It's taken us about 13, 14 years to build that piping that infrastructure in order to do that
