The Importance of a Fair Political System

I think there are two things that are important here. One is the way in which the general culture of the nation is formed. And then the other question is about the political system itself. I think what's important is that the system should be overall fair so that everybody feels that they have some chance to influence policy on some occasions. They may lose some and win some, but overall there's a kind of fair balance between the various people who make up the nation.
