i'm going to be very interested to see how this body of research develops. Everyone's kind of already decided that they like beta alanine in their pre workout. That's not really doing anything in the hour after you consume it. But there are some little glimpses within this literature at some ergogenic effects. It looks like an hour before exercise is the right time, but we're not certain yet.
