Product Managers and You Xers Shouldn't Conflict
product managers and you xers should not clash. How can they better work together and make decisions together, instead of trying to push aside one another. The frustrations, for instance, are often about unspoken assumptions. And that's not necessarily a bad thing. I think in order to work well together, you cannot skip over having some difficult conversations about the overlapping area. There needs to be some clarification at times.
