How Does Your Relationship to Pain Shift When You're More Present?
When you're just passively seeing, you're not discovering because you're just sort of filling in the blanks or labeling like book book. To notice something means some part of you was actually meeting the present experience and it's getting past the psychological shorthand. It has a quality of vibrancy that's unusual for our normal state. And even if it is legit pain, it becomes less when I become present. So how does your relationship to the pain shift when you're more present? It's not a full body experience. It's a very localized experience. You're like less identified with it? Yeah.
