Do You Have to Figure Out the Sort of Level of Your Audience Before You're Teaching?
You have maybe 20 pages, 25 pages to explain something in a book. You have to really decide what level, and you go off the tangent. It's difficult at a conference, because you're going to have people of all levels. How do you deal with that? If I'm doing the 20 to 30 minute talk, then no.
