The Boston Marathon is on the third Monday in April. It's my favorite weekend of the year and it is for a lot of people. After the Zhenayevs had committed their crime they planned to drive to New York City's Times Square and murder more people. Late at night on the 18th of April they hijacked a car and set the wheels of their sinister plan in motion. When we got that notification we had no idea that these were the Boston Marathon bombers.
