The Gift of Imperfection

Owys gives his advice to a recent college or business school graduate interested in a career in private equity. He says the first thing people should ask is, what they what do i want now? What is five years from now? Ten years from now, if i could, if i knew i wasn't fail, what would i want to do with my life? Owys: "In ten years, you will, you can do almost anything you set your mind to" And so give yourself permission to really answer that question and then start working towards it.
