The Importance of Humility

Insecurity turns an exaggeration into the truth. You can't do mighty things self consciously because you'll never know when you won. David essentially says, I've seen my God deliver me from the lion and the bear. So he starts and how did he deliver it by my own hand? Exactly right. And that's not arrogant. No, it's not. It's just humble. We better walk in some godly confidence to win this battle against Goliath.
