Guitar Hero 3 Legends of Rock

Axel Rose sued Activision for misuse of Guns N' Roses music and its musicians specifically Slash in Guitar Hero 3. He claims that Activision promised him that they wouldn't use the songs or the image of Slash, but they lied. The judge dismissed a fraud claim made by Axel; he pointed out that it took Axel three years to bring the suit. But you know what else happened in the case? A jury trial was set for early 2013.
