Is There a Relationship Between Reality and Ideology?
i found this to be a very practical exercise in two reasons. Continually breaking my frame or dominant point of reference, it illuminates all my biases and blind spots. And i can see reality more wholistically and more in its totality. So there's a personal growth and personal development doing this exercise. The second part is it's really helped me in my work in mediation dpolarization.
