The Problem With Universal Computability

I was actually kind of thinking along the same lines too that is the worry that what if there's some new sort of a law at play? Like there's some element to it where interoperability is not possible like matter and whatever this new law is operating on, kind of communicate. If that were true, wouldn't that violate universal computation or element? Are they interoperable? In other words, there may not be some sort of unified theory that could connect the two.
