Ambalside health center is on the bus route from Keswick down to Windermere. People get off the bus and walk into the health center because they think, "I've got something wrong with me" It creates this massive walking demand in an urban area. Second home ownership has driven up house prices which means people can't afford to live there. So we've got a declining population in villages going on.
