Apsmith: How do we move faster but improve quality? And honestly, i don't have a great answer here. I'm still figuring it out. But what i do know is some of the greatest movies, they were sometimes over budget and they took way longer, but they were memorable movies. Apsmith: Is it a good idea to take slightly longer because you're going to produce higher quality work? Or should you use dead lines and time lines? Because it's so easy to measure deadlines taight?"
