When we learn as a team and as people to talk about principles and patterns, turns out we could have some really catalytic conversations. Once you start articulating and talking about them, change can happen. It's only when it's stuck in your head as an individual, if it's your life circumstance, that it becomes that thing where you're all stuck in the jar and can't see it. Right. If it were truly about the people, different people, different patterns, what often happens, different people,. same pattern.
