The Brainstorming Session With a Facilitator

A lot of the tips that Chris gave are excellent. But he was very professionally very, very adaptally picking up on things that were broken. And paper the cracks adapting what he was doing to a situation which he would be able to fix it as the facilitator and manager of these workshops. I think he said like a lot of it is down to social dynamics. You can't kind of fix the social dynamics when you're in the group, but you can adapt and adjust for those social dynamics once you've realized they exist.
