Is the Commonwealth a Forum for Discussion?
I think weill have to look at the world scene, which is extremely dangerous. The longing for many of these countries who don't rearly want oo fall into the chinese sphere of influence. And do want just a sensible club where they can be treated as equals. This is a place to discuss trade, culture, a network, which is what the commert to day is. It's not a sort of hub and spoke business with britain at the centre or spokes going out to member states. Not like that at all.
