You Can't Drive Without a License

Stevens was pulled over by police in Vernal City, Utah. He got a ticket for driving on a quote, denied license which has to be just laminated garbage. Stevens went into court to defend himself from this charge and moves to dismiss the citation as sovereign citizen bullshit. And he lost because they always lose.
