There was so much talk about an over supply of city centre flats a couple of years ago, because there was a heck of a lot of stock coming through. But now it's gone completely the other way, like they're talking about an under supply while the're waiting for stock to be completed. And clearly the demand is there. For me, that's such a success story for manchester. It kind of shows that it's a genuine revitalization of the city centre. And so many thousands of people wanting to live there who didn't previously. Lates edwa good needs for investors who are already in manchester,. whichs what we've been seeing - upward pressure on rents.
