The Perfectly Wise Perfect Utilitarian

If enlightenment involves becoming a perfectly wise perfect utilitarian, then indeed the enlightened person wouldn't have a self. But does that mean the self was an illusion to begin with? I think it means it was a moral illusion. Maybe this is why meditation needs to remove craving and aversion. Craving and aversion build a self as a sight of preferential treatment. We can rap-sidise about how meditation will make us more moral all we want. It isn't the cold hard truth that people who claim to be enlightened are suspiciously likely to be sexual predators.
