The Fear of the Authoritarian Government

President Vladimir Putin said whoever becomes a leader in AI technology will be the role of the world. Sam Baidu is concerned about more government control over what information is disseminated. He says he doesn't want me to necessarily worried about competitors like Google or some of these other I think he is concerned about the more the government control over how information is distributed.
