How do we deal with the hierarchical structures within an organization, put siply when they mix groups? I know that you work mostly in in the higher level of eorgan ush intems of hierarchical structure. But no, there are organizations tont thate ther mix groups ten. T londerof scenery, sakes that are much more used to them than the propet margins and tis. It's, i i think it's a lovely challenge. Ah, you know, i i've not yet encountered an outright psychopathis as. I don't care about kindness. No, good not in being kind. You have to watch that. And it can be inhibiting as well
