Predatory Lending?
i'm not a big fan of the phrase predatory lending, but i there are places where i think it is more defensible than other places. The federal loan programme could be classified as predatory lending. We don't constrain people from borrowing based on what is likely to be affordable for them. It's absolutely part of what's gotten us into the situation that we've got to day.
