Is It Possible He's Never Seen Anything Politically Interesting?

The leader of the opposition has never said anything politicaly interesting. Is it possible he just doesn't have anything interesting to say? And does that matter? It may not matter. But labour could actually deprive the conservative party of a majority. Not necessarily win one itself, but deprivete a majority with fairly little. The best thing that could happen to labor parties if stamer gets a fine from duram constabulary and has to stand down.
